What are the hours of operation?

I'm not sure what size shirt I need. How can I find my correct size?
Please read the description of each shirt you're considering purchasing. For men, most shirts are true to size. For women, regarding unisex shirts, order a size smaller. Most of the women's shirts run small. Order a size up. For Boutique items, please view the size chart before ordering. If it is not visible from your screen, please message us via chat or dm for a direct link.
What is the status of my order?
Once you complete your purchase, your order immediately begins processing. Processing takes between 1-14 business days as all ForeveRoyalTee branded products are made to order. Once completed and shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and all tracking details. If you have any questions regarding the status, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change the size or product I ordered that has already been submitted?
If you selected the wrong size or need to update your order, you may do so within 24 hours if the order has not already changed to "fulfilled". Once the order has been in processing for a full day no changes can be made. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations allowed unless stated below.
How do I cancel an order?
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
How do I report a problem with my order?

My local delivery order is marked as ready. What does this mean?
This means your order is ready for pickup. You will be emailed and receive a text with instructions on the next steps to take.
How long will it take for my order to be processed/fulfilled?
All ForeveRoyalTee Branded products are made-to-order. Apparel typically takes about 5-14 business days to produce. Boutique items are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. For some products, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock or another reason, and therefore, these products may take longer to produce. Keep in mind that this does not include the shipping/delivery times. After that, it will be shipped. Shipping takes between 2-3 business days, although we ask for your patience with UPS and USPS as you may experience some delays due to the Covid pandemic. Please see below for more information regarding shipping/delivery times. When ordering items, it is best to allow at least 2 weeks to receive. If ordering during Holiday season, please order well in advance to ensure product is received by your desired time. Orders may take longer than normal to fulfill.
My order has been sent, but why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, however it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS system. Please allow 48 hours for the updated tracking to begin.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the Track Order page as well to check the status of your order. Check your spam folder as sometimes emails are automatically sent there.
When will I receive my item?
After your order has been fulfilled, you can expect to receive all of your item(s), except for cups and phone cases, in 5 business days or less. The shipping time for cups and hats may be longer as these items are shipped from other manufacturers.
Do you offer expedited Priority shipping?
Yes! We offer Priority Mail shipping! Shipping preferences available at checkout. Expedited shipping applies only to faster (potentially) Postal Service Delivery, but it does not expedite the processing time.
Do you provide International shipping?
Yes! We ship internally. Shipping rates available at checkout.
Do you offer insurance on packages?
YES! During the holiday season we encourage all customers to purchase insurance on your packages to ensure coverage if it is lost by a delivery service. This allows for you to receive a refund from the shipping company should your package be lost during transit.
My package is saying delivered, but it's not in my possession. What should I do?
This is a common mistake during this season. Don't panic. Immediately contact your local Post Office and find out exactly where the package was delivered. It may be that they marked the package as delivered without actually delivering it or that they accidentally delivered it to a neighbor. Ask your neighbors if they received a "purple package". Many times, if so, they will be honest and return it to the rightful owner. If the package is indeed lost and your purchased additional insurance on the package or Priority shipping, a portion or all of your purchase is refundable by the shipping service.
Why did my package require additional shipment payment/freight cost upon arrival?
Shipping and freight costs vary from city to city, country to country. For orders that require additional shipping payment at pickup, that is the responsibility of the customer. ForeveRoyalTee does not cover any additional freight or shipping costs outside of the shipping cost rendered to us at checkout.
My order was sent back to you. How can I receive it?
If your order was returned due to an incorrect or change in address, the customer must purchase additional shipping to have the package sent to a new address. Please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org & I will send an invoice to cover the shipping. Once the package is successfully returned, it will be shipped to the correct address.
What if I don't want to pay additional shipping to have a returned package resent to me?
ForeveRoyalTee will submit a refund on your behalf for the order, minus a $20 restock fee. Once the order is returned, the refund will be processed.

Except for reasons stated below, all sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations.. Please make sure that you double check your order before you submit it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts to make sure you choose the correct size.
You can return an item, within 7 days upon receiving, if you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item- including items with faulty printing, unspecified tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered. Please note that an item that appears to have a change in the actual size design is not considered to be misprinted/damaged/defective.
If 7 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as it is no longer eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of damage via photos immediately after opening the package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Refunds are only given on out of stock items that will not be restocked.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

A return shipping label will be sent to you for your return. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How should I wash my tee?
All tees should preferably be machine washed cold. Hand washing is also a great option. The cotton tends to stiff when washed in hot or warm water.
Do the sizes run big?
Unisex tees may run big on women. Sizes varies. Please read the description of each individual product for accurate sizing details.
