Refund policy
Returns
Except for reasons stated below, all sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations.. Please make sure that you double check your order before you submit it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts to make sure you choose the correct size.
You can return an item, within 7 days upon receiving, if you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item- including items with faulty printing, unspecified tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered. Please note that an item that appears to have a change in the actual size design is not considered to be misprinted/damaged/defective.
If 7 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as it is no longer eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No smoke smell, can not be worn, no additional tears or holes.
To complete your return, we require proof of damage via photos immediately after opening the package.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or change of address, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping to have the package rerouted. You will receive a shipping invoice & once it is paid, the package will be mailed to the correct address once returned. If you do not wish to pay for the additional shipping, a refund will be processed minus a $20 restock fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Refunds are only given on out of stock items that will not be restocked.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@foreveroyaltee.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in the same color within the 7 days of receiving, contact us at contact@foreveroyaltee.com and a return shipping label will be sent to you.
Shipping
To return your product, please print the provided return label sent to you after initial contact. If your order is eligible for return, we will provide a return label at no cost to you. You should mail your product to: 532 Vineland Dr., Jackson, MS, 39212 Attn: ForeveRoyalTee.
A return shipping label will be sent to you for your return. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the returned item is not received, not refund or exchange will be provided.
